As we primarily offer consulting and personalized services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable laws.

 

 

2. Services & Payment

 

Payments for services are made only after an individual agreement has been reached, typically via email.

 

Once a service has been agreed upon and commenced, the client acknowledges that time, expertise, and resources are allocated specifically for them.

 

 

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

 

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

 

However, this right expires once the service has begun, provided that:

 

  • you expressly agreed to the service starting before the withdrawal period ends, and

  • you acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would be lost once the service is fully or partially performed.

 

 

4. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

 

  • the service has not yet started

  • the service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to us

  • a cancellation is made within an agreed cancellation period

 

Refunds are not granted if:

 

  • the service has already been provided in full or in part

  • the cancellation is made after work has started

  • dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations not contractually agreed

 

 

5. Partial Refunds

 

If a service has already started and a cancellation occurs, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, proportionate to the work already completed.

 

 

6. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
